Child Safety Standards

Nons is committed to the safety of children and maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes the standards and measures we apply to prevent, detect, and respond to such content and behaviour on our platform.

1. Zero-tolerance policy

We prohibit, without exception, any content, conduct, or communication that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or abuses children. This includes CSAM, grooming, sextortion, solicitation of minors, and any attempt to use Nons to facilitate harm to a child. Accounts found to be involved in such activity are permanently removed.

2. Age requirements

Nons is intended for adults only. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the service. We do not knowingly allow minors to register, and accounts identified as belonging to minors are removed.

3. Prevention and moderation

Users must agree to our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which prohibit any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
We review reports of prohibited content and conduct and take action, including content removal and account suspension or termination.
We act to prevent the upload and distribution of CSAM and to disable access to it when identified.

4. In-app reporting

Any user can report content, profiles, or messages that may violate our child safety standards directly within the app, using the report function available on user profiles and in chats. Users can also block other users. Reports are reviewed by our team, and we take appropriate action on confirmed violations, including removing content and blocking accounts.

5. Reporting to authorities

When we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material or exploitation, we act to remove it and report it to the relevant national and regional authorities, and to recognized child-protection organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as applicable. We comply with all relevant child safety laws in the jurisdictions where we operate.
